PIARC publishes report on road tunnel resilience

The World Road Association (PIARC) has published its final report in the current technical cycle on road tunnel resilience. The report presents a road map to improve the resilience of road tunnels, based on a literature review, a collection of case studies and experience of members of Working Group 2 “Safety and Resilience”, including Dr Fathi Tarada of Mosen Ltd.
