Dr Fathi Tarada, managing director of Mosen Ltd, is to chair the 4th Annual Middle East FireSafe conference in Dubai. The event is being held from 23rd to 25th September 2013 under the esteemed patronage of UAE Directorate General of Civil Defence – Dubai. Representations from the London Fire Brigade, International Codes Council, SFPE, the FPA and COWI are amongst some of the key presentations at the Middle East FireSafe Dubai.
