Sofia Metro
Mosen Ltd undertook the design of the longitudinal tunnel ventilation for three new tunnel sections in Sofia Metro (St. Banishora to Central Railway Station, Central Railway Station to St. Lion Bridge (Lavov Most) and St. Lion Bridge to St. Sunday Square (Ploshtad Sveta Nedelia)). Simulations were undertaken for winter and summer conditions, for both static and dynamic cases (with moving trains), in order to provided the required air exchange rates. Each tunnel section was designed with a number of MoJets® which provided reversible flow.
