Dr Fathi Tarada, managing director of Mosen Ltd, will deliver a keynote lecture on the safety of innovative vehicles in tunnels at the forthcoming Global Tunnels Safety & Fire Protection Summit, to be held in Amsterdam on 16th to 18th November 2016. The lecture will address the potential fire heat release rates from such vehicles, the risk of explosions, fire suppression technology, fire-fighting techniques and tunnel operating strategy, including interaction with driverless cars.
