Dr Fathi Tarada awarded ICE Medal

Dr Fathi Tarada has been awarded the Safety in Construction Medal by Professor David Balmforth, President of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Dr Tarada co-authored a paper which highlighted the civil engineering lessons learned from a review of the Buncefield incident, and which should help to improve the safety and environmental protection of oil storage depots worldwide.
