SaRS Presentation on Rail Tunnel Fire Safety

Dr Fathi Tarada of Mosen Ltd made a presentation to the Asia-Pacific Branch of the Safety & Reliability Society (SaRS) on 15th September, attended by over 100 delegates. The presentation describes some past accidents and draws lessons from them, highlights international and national standards for fire safety, discusses risk assessment methodologies, as well as describing recent developments in equipment, vehicles and evacuation strategies.
